Refund and Returns

Customer has the right to refuse to purchase the product if he/she is unsatisfied.

To return after purchasing upon satisfaction, cuatomer will have to follow these return policy. 

We only accept return upto 7days.we will not accept exchange or return, if done after 7 days. To proceed return and exchange the item bought should be in the same packaging as provided. 

We only accept return certain conditions:-  

• If the product has a manufacturing defect. 
• If the product isnt similar to the image shown or described in the website. 

We do not accept return under certain conditions:-

• If the customer has change of heart or mind after purchasing. 
• If the itwm purchased is not in the same packaging or condition as delivered. 

To exchange, the product has to be returned abck to our office. For outside valley, the product needs to be couriered back to kathmandu within seven days of purchase.
